<p>為推廣屏東可可產業、促進巧克力製作技術的交流與創新，2025屏東風味巧克力調溫創意競賽於5月24日舉行，吸引全國新銳巧克力師傅及在地小農參與，以屏東可可結合臺灣食材進行創意發揮。經專業評審評比後，優勝名單於6月6日公布，前三名分別為許英凱、徐南雲與魏蘭婷。所有得獎者將於8月23日「屏東巧克力節」開幕活動公開表揚並發表得獎作品。</p>
<p>屏東縣政府客家事務處表示，本次競賽共有17組參賽隊伍。金牌得主許英凱使用伊然可可膏與鐵觀音茶粉，融合出細緻茶香與黑巧克力風味；銀牌得主徐南雲則運用自家可愛巧坊可可膏與香草莢，創造出自然果酸與尾韻層次；銅牌由魏蘭婷以優芙雅品牌可可膏與香草莢製作，呈現果粒口感與濃郁香氣。</p>
<p>另有三組作品獲得佳作獎項：莊惠芳搭配荳荳芬芳可可的芒果巧克力獲最佳人氣獎、黃裕唐使用自家梅雅農場可可膏的情人果巧克力獲最佳創意獎、鄭孝榮以自家達魯農場可可搭配低脂奶粉的牛奶巧克力則獲最佳風味獎。</p>
<p>客務處說明，評審團由產業與學界專家組成，歷經4小時評比，對參賽作品水準進步深感驚艷。長榮桂冠飯店主廚張志宏表示，參賽者將屏東可可與在地食材搭配出多樣創意，展現高度專業與熱情。高雄餐旅大學廖漢雄教授則指出，這樣的比賽模式展現了「Team Taiwan」的概念，讓屏東可可成為國際化禮品與產業的新典範。</p>
<p>美和科技大學喻天福老師表示，多數參賽者為小農，已具備從種植到加工的能力，透過競賽不僅磨練技術，也學會以在地食材創造自身特色，進一步促進企業支持與市場接軌。</p>
<p>台灣可可與巧克力產業協會理事長張翠蘭強調，本次競賽吸引在地小農、新秀與外縣市青年參與，展現屏東風土特色與創意手藝，再次鞏固屏東作為全國可可產業重鎮的地位。</p>
<p>客家事務處李明宗處長指出，從發酵到調溫的製作過程，層層環節都需專業工藝，正好體現客家文化中對細節的堅持與精進精神，是可可產業持續進步的核心。</p>
<p>屏東縣政府長期推動可可產業鏈發展，透過課程、品牌行銷與加工媒合等方式，協助在地農民與製作者提升競爭力，並將於6/14-6/16與義大利國際廚藝學院 Riccardo Depetris大師合作專業課程，致力打造屏東為臺灣巧克力產業的重要據點，開創農業與創意結合的新契機。</p>
