<p data-start="183" data-end="318">麻古茶坊表示，《楊枝甘露2.0》之所以能成為品牌最具代表性的季節商品，關鍵在於對水果風味與茶感層次的堅持。不同於傳統芒果飲品偏向單一甜味，《楊枝甘露2.0》透過濃郁芒果香氣、葡萄柚微酸果韻、椰奶滑順口感與綠茶凍茶香，創造出果香、奶香與茶香交織的平衡層次，深受消費者喜愛。</p>

<p>近年咀嚼系手搖飲風靡全台，市場多半停留「多一種口感、多一段甜」的思維；麻古觀察，新世代消費者開始追求更純粹、更具層次、也更能被感受的風味體驗，因此在紅萱粉粿的製作中，選擇以茶湯入料、以香氣入粿並入味，讓粉粿成為風味的延伸，而非配料的堆疊；入口柔嫩 Q彈的同時，隨著咀嚼時還散發出紅萱烏龍的清雅尾韻，帶來一種「越嚼越靜、越嚼越回甘」的味覺節奏；這份風味哲學也讓飲品不只是喝，更像是一種讓人放慢、感受時間流動的方式。</p>

<p>相較於早期手搖飲強調視覺感與甜感，如今的消費者更在乎飲品是否能帶來情緒亮點與風味層次。紅萱粉粿以茶色粉粿的清爽個性，搭配「粉粿紅茶拿鐵」、「粉粿橙香紅萱」、「粉粿冰萃檸檬」與「粉粿金萱」，成功跨越濃郁系、果香系、酸甜系，讓每種風味都能展現不同方向的細膩魅力，兼具「儀式感 × 清爽感 × 層次感」的飲品結構，也呼應新世代喜愛的生活節奏：不求多但要剛好、不必甜但要清楚、不匆忙但要留味。</p>

<p>「一個人走得快，但一群人才走得遠。」恰好詮釋Stan的經營歷程，多年來最令他感動的是夥伴間的真情；有次接下550瓶裝大單，清晨五點開茶前，本應休假的員工竟自願到店支援，「那一刻，我真正感受到什麼是團隊相挺。」然而，挑戰從未缺席。Stan也曾遇過低潮，一度動搖是否該放棄；關鍵時刻，他選擇直面問題，暫停營運並逐一溝通，同時麻古總部即刻支援，協助補足人力與資源，讓門市迅速回到正軌。這段經驗，讓他重新思考加盟主的角色：不只要承擔責任，更要懂得陪伴；他笑說：「現在的我正在努力學習，為團隊提供情緒價值；打烊後的聚餐，沒有什麼是歡聚一杯不能解決的，一杯不行，就兩杯！」 對Stan而言，最驕傲的成就並非拓展了多少門市，而是人際互動間真誠卻簡單的一句「謝謝你」。</p>
