<p>深夜不僅是狂歡，更是「暖胃」的時刻，不同於一般熱炒或火鍋店的喧囂，「麟粥宮」主打「養生、暖胃、精緻」的餐飲體驗。麟粥宮營運團隊觀察到，許多商務人士在酒過三巡後，往往想吃點舒服、暖胃的料理。</p>
<p>「麟粥宮」招牌的「黃金湯頭」，選用大量堅果與大骨細火慢熬，口感綿密濃郁，搭配活體紅蟳、龍蝦等生猛海鮮，不僅鮮味十足，風味也更加溫和順口，特別適合深夜想吃點暖胃料理的族群。業者表示：「我們希望麟粥宮不僅是用餐的地方，更是商務人士在應酬結束後，一個能讓身體與精神都『醒』過來的舒適空間。」</p>

<p>「麟粥宮」自首店開幕以來，便以高規格的食材與舒適的用餐環境，在競爭激烈的餐飲市場中脫穎而出。此次插旗五福商圈，不僅是品牌版圖跨越南北高雄的重要里程碑，更展現了集團深耕在地的決心。</p>
<p>針對未來的展店計畫，集團發言人透露，目前的擴張腳步正持續加速中。除了現有的兩家門市外，集團看好人口稠密的鳳山區發展潛力，第三家分店「文山特區店」已進入緊鑼密鼓的籌備階段，預計年前會試營運。</p>

<p>麟粥宮廚藝總監吳俊傑說，砂鍋粥之所以動人，是因為「它不趕時間」。在講究速度與便利的餐飲市場裡，麟粥宮選擇了另一條路，從生米開始熬煮、湯底慢慢釋出香氣，這份耐心，成了麟粥宮能在高雄站穩腳步的關鍵。店內主打現撈活體海鮮砂鍋粥，包含紅蟳、波士頓龍蝦、帝王蟹等頂級食材，每一碗都從點單那刻才開始熬煮。金湯底以堅果醬與高湯熬成，層次濃郁，香氣收斂而不膩。</p>

<p>吳俊傑強調，麟粥宮的砂鍋粥，不是潮汕粥的複製版，而是一種台灣式的再詮釋：嚴謹、細膩，卻仍帶著地方氣息。</p>
<p>南高雄的饕客不再需要「北上吃粥」！「麟粥宮」第二家店選址於美食匯聚的五福光華商圈。這裡是南高雄餐飲的一級戰區，競爭激烈，但麟粥宮認為，「人多的地方，就能讓更多人嚐到這碗用心熬煮的粥。」而對於許多住在南高雄的老顧客來說，這間新店讓他們終於不用再跑到明誠路排隊，也不必擔心訂不到位。</p>

<p>麟粥宮南高店營業至凌晨1點半。吳俊傑表示，這不僅是一項行銷策略，更是一種對生活的觀察—許多高雄人的晚餐時間較晚，下班也更晚。「讓人深夜也能吃到現煮海鮮粥，這是我們對這座城市的承諾。」他說。當其他餐廳紛紛打烊時，麟粥宮的廚房仍持續運作，湯滾著，粥香在空氣中瀰漫—那不只是一碗粥，更是這座城市尚未入眠的節奏。</p>

<p>本季話題新品「澎湖馬糞海膽粥」，選用當季鮮採的澎湖馬糞海膽，空運直送，珍稀鮮度難以複製。主廚吳俊傑以其招牌金湯底——由金黃堅果醬與秘製高湯交融，再經與生米慢熬20分鐘——將海膽細緻的甘甜與粥底的濃郁相互交織，創造出前所未有的口感層次。全程現點現煮，須耐心等候，卻換來值得銘記的味覺體驗。吳俊傑說：「這不僅是一碗粥，而是一場專屬於粵式文化與台灣海味的精緻對話。」</p>
