<p>三月下旬春分節氣為新鮮鹿茸迎來適合的採收時節，自古以來鹿茸食補與養鹿文化息息相關，探其歷史背景更與西拉雅平埔族文化緊密相連，本市佳里區北頭洋社區保存著西拉雅平埔文化，社區鄰近有多場養鹿場，為加深民眾對於養鹿文化認識，臺南市政府農業局輔導台南市養鹿協會至該社區，共同推廣本市優質鹿茸及其相關加工製品。</p>
<p>鹿隻飼養的文化脈絡與歷史淵源讓養鹿不只是畜牧產業，更是加深民眾對養鹿產業的情感連結點，透過西拉雅平埔族獵鹿、養鹿習慣等文化記憶，傳承產業的傳統價值。隨著養鹿場飼養技術提升與疾病防治強化，大幅增加鹿茸產量及品質，國產鹿茸當季採收，新鮮而保有豐富的營養成分與低碳的食物旅程是最大優勢，鼓勵民眾多加選購，可認明具「國產鹿茸標章」之新鮮鹿茸，品質有保障。</p>
<p>農業局長李芳林指出，本市養鹿產業發達，飼養量位居六都第一，尤以佳里區、七股區及學甲區為主要發展地區，經113年第3季畜禽統計調查顯示，本市計有49場養鹿場，飼養頭數達2,377頭，112年本市鹿茸產量達3,571公斤，為畜牧帶來近8,400萬的產值。鹿茸在傳統醫學上被視為珍貴藥材，鹿茸藥酒在市場上佔有一席之地，顯見其在養生藥補上為國人所重視和喜愛，為增加鹿茸應用多元性及創意度，農業局持續輔導本市養鹿產業團體積極開發鹿茸相關產品，拓展市場能見度，展現養鹿文化傳承下，傳統為基底的創新活力！</p>
<p>台南市養鹿協會表示，本市養鹿業者努力於飼養管理，提供國人品質優良的新鮮鹿茸，近年更研發出麻辣鹿肉料理包、鹿茸黑豆茶包、養生鹿茸五穀粉等相關鹿茸(肉)加工、保健品，食用性更加便利，滿足現代養生消費需求。</p>
<p>農業局歡迎欲選購新鮮國產鹿茸的民眾可把握3月至6月鹿茸採收期，至養鹿場選購，鹿場及鹿隻資訊（鹿號、解角採茸日期、預計重量等）亦可參考台灣鹿園網（<a href="https://deerpark.tw/" target="_blank">https://deerpark.tw/</a>）進一步了解。對西拉雅平埔文化有興趣的民眾也可留意每年農曆3月28日辧理的北頭洋夜祭，一起去體驗西拉雅族祭拜阿立祖民俗文化。</p>
