<p>本次產銷媒合的成功，基於雙方對品質的共同堅持。在生產端，擁有逾40年經驗的養殖職人謝根亮先生，自1984年承接父業投入鰻魚產業，歷經臺灣鰻魚外銷榮景，從鰻苗培育、成鰻養殖到活鰻出口及加工供應，累積深厚專業。即便產業環境變化，他仍堅守本業，並於2017年起將重心回歸臺灣，憑藉對鰻魚生長特性的細膩掌握，致力養殖出具備章Q驗證、肉質肥美健康的優質國產鰻魚，為餐飲應用奠定穩固基礎。</p>
