<p>承接4月22日世界地球日，帕莎蒂娜青海餐廳以「嘗大地之惠 思自然之源」為主題，偕手與高雄市政府農業局「農再與根留計畫」的杉林社區合作，運用高雄在地農民栽種的食材入菜，推出「杉林金鳳和弦伴手禮」新品，農產溯源，為顧客進行把關，發展多元飲食文化結合在地農特產。5月3日根留農村團隊親臨杉林社區，展現社區活力與創意、彼此交流經驗，呈現根留農村推動成果的豐收與喜悅。</p>

<p>杉林社區根留農村成果展以「推動農村再生・發展休閒農業」為主題。展示社區在推動低碳生活、發展地方特色產業方面的卓越成果。透過居民的辛勤耕耘與熱忱守護，通過創新與合作，將綠色永續發展與傳統文化相結合，具體化社區「永續」的理念。帕莎蒂娜國際餐飲此次合作杉林社區「農再與根留計畫」從產地到餐桌，主廚運用大高雄食材製作出精緻6款料理與大家分享：蚵仔寮海鮮醋醃杉林芭樂、蔬菜嫩雞杉林番茄小點、醃豬肉杉林南瓜塔、冬青鳳梨酥盒、金萱芒果沙布列、綜合馬卡龍…，透過美食呈現，將根留農村活動成果整體展示，讓市民朋友在體會高雄農村美味的同時，也能深度了解本市輔導農村社區產業發展的成果。</p>

🍍冬青鳳梨酥盒：茶香餅皮× 鹽味奶香雙餡 X手工糖漬鳳梨<br />
以冬片靑茶融入法式沙布列餅皮，精準烘焙打造酥脆方形外殼，茶香隱隱流轉。內結合鹽味香草焦糖醬與滑順奶油，層次濃郁卻不膩口。手工糖漬鳳梨藏身其中，酸甜果香點亮整體風味。這不只是鳳梨酥，是甜點工藝與茶香靈魂的相遇。<br />
🥭金萱芒果沙布烈：茶香餅皮X奶香雙餡 ×芒果淸香點綴<br />
以金萱茶揉合進法式沙布列餅皮，茶韻奶香輕盈淡雅。內餡選用鹽味香草焦糖醬與巧克力奶油餡，濃郁層層堆疊，口感細緻滑順。輕咬一口，芒果淸香在味蕾綻放，讓人想起南島微風中的午後陽光。</p>
