<p>半導體產業產能持續擴充下，產線上所需的專業技術人員是各大廠最重視的人資議題之一，高科大半導體系也深刻了解產業需求，獲得教育部支持，全新打造的「半導體製程設備技術人才培育基地」不僅有來自教育部的經費支持，半導體上中下游業者也投入與高科大合作培訓人才，例如捐贈訓練設備的企業有聯電、漢鐘精機、天虹科技、高敦科技，提供業師共同授課的有聯電、日月光、晶元光電、國巨、宏捷、華泰電子、高敦、科毅、鉅安科技、工研院等。部分業者如聯電、台積電、日月光、華泰、光寶等，甚至直接與高科大合作開設學程、專班，以鞏固自家穩定獲得可靠的優質人才。</p>

<p>高科大校長楊慶煜指出，高科大每年畢業工電領域學生約3600人，若加上南部的伙伴學校義守大學、正修科大、樹德科大在內，則可增加到每年約6000人，高科大成立的「半導體製程設備技術人才培育基地」所規劃的培訓學程將可針對有意投入半導體產業的學生培訓未來必須的專業知識與技能。此培育基地建構四個訓練模組，半導體製程設備工程師通用技能模組、半導體設備儀控實作模組、半導體真空系統實作模組、半導體製程設備實作培訓模組，以確保學生能夠有充分的實作訓練，順利銜接職場。未來清大、交大進駐高雄後的實務課程訓練高科大也願意提供人才培育基地進行合作，每年培育人才數將可逼近千人。</p>

<p>除研發人才之外，半導體產業生產線上的人力需求強勁，此培育基地落成後，除擔綱人才培育重任外，也規劃向台南、高雄、屏東在地的教育局進行討論國高中職校教師研習的辦理，讓理工科的老師可以藉由實務的培訓，將半導體產業現況與所需專業知識與技能於課堂上宣達，以利智慧生活與半導體科技銜接的落實；針對南部各國高中職生亦提供了一個可親近體驗半導體技術的場域；此外，培育基地亦可針對半導體廠商針對新製程、新材料的服務與驗證，有助於新產品的開發。</p>

<p>今日的開幕是讓高科大立下一個心願也扛起一個責任，在半導體產業領先全球的優勢下，持續培育出優質、有責任且積極的製程設備工程師，為國家科技的競爭力貢獻教育機關的心力，以回饋教育部對本計畫的指導與挹注。</p>
