<p>雪蜜棗，官方品種命名為【高雄8號】，高樹鄉的「雪蜜棗」以其獨特的口感在蜜棗品種中脫穎而出，然而，由於產量稀少且管理繁複，農民普遍轉向其他品種。高樹鄉的農民李俊寬是其中少數堅持種植「雪蜜棗」的農民之一。他不僅以天然無毒的方式栽種，還像呵護嬰兒一樣精心管理蜜棗，甚至為果實進行親手製作的「SPA」。儘管管理不易，他的堅持使得「雪蜜棗」在市場上擁有一群忠實的消費者。</p>

<p>「雪蜜棗」原名雪梨蜜棗，外觀扁圓如小蘋果，皮薄、爽脆、水分多且甜度極高，被譽為「蜜棗的LV」，更在2016年獲選為台灣農產精品。然而，由於產量僅為牛奶蜜棗的四成，且管理上的困難，大多數農民已轉向其他品種。李俊寬表示，雖然「雪蜜棗」的口感優越，但其栽培和管理相對繁複，成本較高，令農民望而卻步。</p>

<p>李俊寬強調，他除了提供消費者安心的口感外，更遵從父親的遺願，以天然方式管理棗園，並使用自家研發的多醣體酵素提供給棗樹營養。儘管現在大多數農民轉種其他品種，他堅守15年來，堅信品質至上，以期延續這個美味的傳統。</p>
<p>高樹鄉位於水源保護區，天然環境優越，今年颱風破壞果樹，「雪蜜棗」雖個頭較小，仍然保持著皮薄、肉質清脆、多汁的特點。李俊寬根據棗子的重量分級並精心包裝，繼續為消費者提供這個獨特的味覺享受。他的農業堅持不僅是對「雪蜜棗」的熱愛，更是對傳統農業價值的堅守，希望透過自家的努力，讓這個獨特品種在市場上繼續散發光彩。</p>
