<p>創辦人<u>李旼奎</u>(이민규)，被譽為「釜飯KO天才」，憑藉14年餐飲實戰經驗，結合專利釜鍋與獨門秘醬，創造出讓人難以忘懷的釜飯。最受人吹捧的獨門釜飯現煮技術，結合了壓力鍋原理和特殊的不鏽鋼材質，能夠快速達到最佳的溫度和壓力平衡，只要6分鐘，便能煮出粒粒分明、Q 彈香氣四溢的米飯，搭配韓國空運來台的食材，從獨家醃漬老蘿蔔、九孔鮑魚、辣味章魚到泡菜三層肉，吃過一次就讓人上癮，除了釜飯，《三色三味삼색삼미》另一大招牌就是「老泡菜豆腐煲」，以正宗韓國湯底與獨家老泡菜為基礎，加入新鮮食材熬煮出濃郁風味，而木托盤「呈上」的概念，代表的不僅是上菜，更是展現對用餐者的重視，完整展現韓國餐桌的靈魂。</p>
