<p>迎接2026馬年春節，深耕高雄41年的台菜名店「鄧師傅功夫菜」全面啟動年菜銷售布局，兵分三路搶攻市場，鎖定高雄八家門市、官方電商平台及量販超商通路，力拚億元年菜商機，讓全台消費者都能輕鬆把名店功夫菜端上年夜飯餐桌。</p>
<p>由榮獲「亞太餐飲十大名廚」殊榮的鄧至廷廚藝總監領軍，專業團隊精心研發五款六至七道式「2026年菜饗宴套組」，一次備齊經典圍爐滋味，涵蓋家庭圍爐、蔬食族群與除夕熱取等多元需求。去年首度推出即熱銷完售的「除夕年菜熱取組」今年限量回歸，並同步推出三大宅配人氣套組──「富貴豪華組」8,188元、「經典人氣組」6,588元、「山珍海味組」4,288元，以及專為蔬食者打造的「蔬喜饗宴組」888元，價位帶齊全，滿足不同家庭規模的圍爐需求。</p>
<p>「鄧師傅功夫菜」今年更將銷售通路擴展至加拿大華人超市，目標銷售8萬件、年成長20%，展現台菜品牌從在地深耕走向國際市場的企圖心。</p>
<p>除了宅配與門市預購，鄧師傅功夫菜也攜手量販超商推出多道經典年菜：全聯上架「蔭鳳梨花蛤雞湯」、「花雕雞火鍋」；7-ELEVEN獨家販售「酸白菜豬腳鍋」、「鮑魚鮮蝦海皇羹」、「好事發生紅燒肉」；家樂福則推出「蜜汁叉燒米糕」與「功夫年菜套組」，全通路布局讓消費者無論身在何處，都能輕鬆選購名店功夫菜。</p>
<p>即日起至2026年1月29日開放預購，官網更祭出多重優惠：消費滿3,600元免運、滿4,800元前500組加贈熱炒吧三盒（價值375元）、滿6,000元現折300元；此外，2026年1月16日前單筆滿6,000元再輸入折扣碼【FBV100】可再折100元，早鳥優惠限時加碼，預期將再掀春節年菜搶購熱潮。</p>

<p>迎接2026馬年春節，深耕高雄41年的台菜名店「鄧師傅功夫菜」，於12月18日舉辦年菜發表會，現場不僅展示多款澎湃年菜套組，更特別邀請來自加拿大、南非、希臘、俄羅斯等國、共6位文藻外語大學的國際學生，親身體驗最道地的台灣圍爐文化，讓台式年菜的溫暖滋味，成為跨文化交流的美好媒介。</p>
<p>記者會現場化身為溫馨的圍爐餐桌，6位國際學子首次品嘗經典的鄧師傅功夫年菜。包含:一品烏參、蔥燒腩排、雪菜年糕燒黃魚、鮑魚蠔豉紅燒肉佐荷葉包、紹興干燒大蝦、豬腳麵線、干貝元寶砂鍋雞及宮廷甜品，輪番上桌。一道道蘊含吉祥寓意的佳餚輪番上桌，包括象徵「年年有餘」的「雪菜年糕燒黃魚」、寓意「好事發生」的「鮑魚蠔豉紅燒肉佐荷葉夾」、代表「長壽」的「豬腳麵線」，以及團圓必備的「干貝元寶砂鍋雞」等豐盛料理。學生們對於菜色的多樣性、豐富口感及精緻調味大感驚豔，紛紛以台語「好呷」表達讚嘆。</p>
<p>來自希臘的學生表示，這是第一次參與如此正式的圍爐體驗，不僅菜色豐富得超乎想像，每道菜背後蘊含的祝福意義更是讓人印象深刻。南非籍學生則對「圍爐」團聚、共享美食的文化氛圍感到格外溫暖，認為這是一場充滿歡笑與美味的文化饗宴。</p>
<p>鄧師傅功夫菜廚藝總監鄧至廷表示，台灣年菜不只是美食，更是家庭團聚與文化傳承的載體。此次特別邀請國際學生參與，希望讓世界各地的朋友透過味蕾，認識台灣深厚的飲食文化底蘊與熱情好客的精神。看到學生們享受年菜、好奇詢問每道菜寓意的過程，正是品牌推廣台菜文化最欣慰的時刻。</p>

<p>隨著「小家庭」成為現代社會的主流家庭模式，年節圍爐的型態也隨之改變。越來越多家庭選擇提前預購冷凍年菜，不僅減輕備餐負擔，更能確保年節佳餚一應俱全。「囤貨」冷凍年菜的趨勢，讓團圓飯能輕鬆上桌，既方便又美味。</p>
<p>在這股新風潮下，不少品牌紛紛推出針對小家庭需求的年菜商品，以多樣化、自選化的菜色滿足現代消費者的需求。值得一提的是，今年鄧師傅功夫菜再度推陳出新，不僅延續傳統年菜套組的經典口碑，更推出了全新「熱炒吧」系列商品，專為個人及小家庭設計，菜色自由搭配，讓每個家庭都能打造屬於自己的年夜飯風味。</p>

<p>自1984年創立以來，鄧師傅功夫菜始終堅守「用心做菜，得客人意才是真功夫」的品牌信念。今年的年菜產品涵蓋豐富多樣的選擇，從傳統的圍爐盛宴到適合現代家庭的自選年菜組合，鄧師傅以其獨特的中式功夫料理，為每個團圓時刻增添了濃濃的人情味與年節氛圍。</p>
<p><strong>亮點年菜組合：富貴豪華組</strong><br />
鄧師傅主推的傳統年菜「富貴豪華組」融合了多道經典佳餚，每一道菜色都象徵著美好的年節寓意與家人團聚的溫馨氛圍。其中，「鮑魚烏參佛跳牆」精選頂級鮑魚、烏參、干貝等食材，搭配老母雞湯慢火燉煮，湯頭鮮美，象徵圍爐團圓。特別附贈的台灣製不銹鋼鍋具，在品味年味的同時，也為環保盡一分心力；「花膠虎掌燴干貝」膠質豐富，滋補養生，是健康與美味兼具的佳選；「大四喜」（瑤柱獅子頭）選用了上等豬絞肉與北海道干貝經繁複手工製作而成，滋味豐富且充滿層次感。</p>
<p>此外，「蒜子龍虎斑」選用台灣飼養的龍虎斑，魚肉細緻，搭配香濃醬汁煨煮至收汁，象徵年年有餘的美好祝福；「富貴雙方」則以蜜汁金華火腿搭配酥脆豆腐皮，甜鹹交融，展現雙重福氣與圓滿團圓；「玫瑰油雞」以埔里真情玫瑰酒精心製作，雞肉細嫩入味，酒香四溢，呈現出帶有台灣特色的港式風情；「道口燒雞」為慈禧太后在八國聯軍的時，逃難到西安路過（河南）道口這個地方，當地獻給慈禧太后品嘗，慈禧太后品嘗後，讚不絕口，把這個道口燒雞封為貢品。昔日王公貴人的御膳，現在進入了尋常百姓家。最後，以清甜不膩的「桂圓紅棗燉銀耳」作為圍爐宴的完美結尾，為團圓時刻增添甜蜜與幸福滋味。</p>

<p>長期關懷偏鄉國小學童飲食健康及教育議題，高雄在地老字號餐廳品牌—鄧師傅功夫菜，了解偏鄉地區的教育資源相對匱乏，且飲食對於個人的健康影響深遠，秉持「取之於社會，用之於社會」的理念，從鄧師傅創辦人鄧文裕開始實現社會責任和使命，到二代廚藝總監鄧至廷、執行長鄧至佑接班傳承理念，至今支持這善舉已邁入15年，投入金額達百萬以上，確保偏鄉學童也能接受到公平教育，鼓勵學童用心向學，為社會帶來更多力量。</p>

<p>發揮影響力，從教育現場開始，鄧師傅功夫菜廚藝團隊(26日)前往高雄市茂林國小，除了致贈冷凍食品及防災物資，發揮企業專長，當天廚藝總監鄧至廷帶領廚師團隊親自烹煮健康美味的餐點，並邀請學童參與其中，教導如何挑選、處理新鮮食材，共同創造出餐廳般營養均衡的美食。並透過食品小學堂互動，教導從購買食物到保存處理，教導正確食品安全衛生知識，期盼每位學童能夠健康快樂長大。</p>

<p><strong>打造永續發展ESG關鍵指標</strong><br />
鄧師傅始終相信以職人文化為核心，用科學守護食品安全。因此為了把關食材來源及確保檢驗安全，鄧師傅還特別建置實驗室執行食品安全自主檢驗，並且優先與在地農民合作採購當季新鮮食材。智慧食品工廠更導入IoT雲端檢測系統，確保全廠溫度及濕度符合食材保存需求，結合即時數據追蹤、異常通報，縮短管理人員落差，減少食材與能源浪費。此外，鄧師傅積極打造多元、平等、共融的職場環境，不僅提供友善銀髮、彈性工時及多元文化的工作機會，更捐贈獎學金予高雄餐旅大學、中山工商等在地院校，培育經濟弱勢學生成為餐飲專業人才。鄧師傅長期關懷偏鄉國小學童飲食健康議題，從2010年起發揮企業專長，定期提供健康美味料理，讓高雄茂林國小學童及家人們在家也能享受餐廳般營養均衡的美食。今年更邀請顧客一同做愛心，將捐贈會員點數轉換成實質物資，提供給茂林國小的孩童們，讓他們在學業和生活上得到更多的支持與關愛。</p>
