<p><strong>優質國產雜糧風味佳 成為主廚桌菜明星</strong></p>
<p>「2023國產雜糧食農餐桌活動」以國產雜糧食材為主題，由知名主廚將國產雜糧巧妙地融入各式菜餚，現場9道料理有紅藜玉米燴大蝦、青仁黑豆燉肉、高粱老菜脯蒸鮮魚、南瓜栗子燒雞、多穀雜糧米糕搭麻香松阪豬、摩洛哥風味甜薯帶皮羊肉、花園蒸時蔬、風味四神湯和桂圓紅豆紫米湯圓等，色香味俱全，囊括全台各地新鮮的國產雜糧，從臺中大雅的薏仁、小麥和糙薏仁；臺南的青仁黑豆、米豆、黃豆和西港胡麻；臺東的紅藜和小米；彰化二林蕎麥、南投草屯紅薏仁、雲林水林地瓜、屏東萬丹紅豆、花蓮紫米，一直到金門高粱米等等優質食材，國產雜糧饗宴好評如潮。</p>
<p>農糧署表示，國產雜糧高纖、養生，深受國人喜愛，加上在地生產，新鮮、營養、非基改的特色，非常適合選用作為桌菜食材。活動所示範的9道料理養生又兼顧美味，闔家大小都適合享用，不僅會在嘉義市鈺通大飯店上架，鼓勵來遊玩的民眾前往體驗箇中美味，主廚也不藏私，將會開放食譜下載，讓不能前往的民眾同樣能在家中自行烹飪，一同感受國產雜糧的魅力，相關訊息將公佈於「鮮享農YA-農糧署」臉書和臺灣穀物產業發展協會官網，有興趣的民眾請密切注意。</p>
<p><strong>養生美味台式盛宴 特色美饌闔家喜愛</strong></p>
<p>農糧署近年來積極辦理國產雜糧推廣活動，拓展國產雜糧的無限可能性，以貼近生活的方式，向親子族群、年輕族群、上班族、健身族群到樂齡族群等不同族群推廣國產雜糧好處。本次透過主廚卓越的廚藝融入桌菜，完美示範如何使用國產雜糧增添菜餚趣味與美味，讓「國產雜糧美食」美出新高度，希望消費者對國產雜糧有更多認識與認同，一起嚐鮮，多多購買，用行動支持農民。</p>
