<p>理事長潘世貞表示，此次評比特別選在中秋節前舉行，期盼提供民眾送禮採購指標，也讓更多人認識在地精緻糕點。她指出，「高雄餅比登」名稱取自「必比登」的諧音，象徵高雄糕餅媲美米其林級的美味與品質。活動結束後，公會將製作「高雄糕餅美食地圖」，按區域分類獲獎店家，方便民眾依圖索驥，尋味記憶中的甜點與老味道。</p>

<p>榮獲金賞的業者，包括方師傅的「綠豆椪禮盒」、全喜餅舖的「蘋安柿福禮盒」、莎士比亞烘焙坊的「柚見鳳梨」、千暉蛋糕美食行的「岡山の眼」、綠州堡烘焙的「黑香蕉燒餅」。此外，原本亦列為金賞的純新烘焙「爆裂」系列，因業者身兼理監事，主動降為「最佳風味獎」，展現高度風度。</p>
<p>此次評審由國立高雄餐旅大學休閒系教授梁榮達帶領專業團隊，從創意、在地特色、發展潛力、包裝、標示與美味度等面向綜合評比。他表示，參賽業者個個實力堅強，產品兼具美味與視覺設計，評審過程難分軒輊，幾乎每一款都讓人回味無窮。</p>

<p>純新烘焙的「爆裂」系列以玫瑰、火山、芭樂造型命名，其中「芭樂爆裂」特別以綠豆製成、刀工細緻刻劃出在地元素，別具創意。潘世貞坦言能獲獎十分榮幸，也看見高雄糕餅界年輕世代的創新潛力。</p>
<p>本次參賽業者多達四十餘家，囊括高雄知名品牌，包括方師傅、莎士比亞、皓月鄉素食、打狗餅、喬美等，全都是全國糕餅比賽常勝軍，展現高雄糕餅產業的深厚實力。</p>

<p>觀光局長高閔琳致詞時感謝業者多年來為高雄觀光努力，也期待未來觀光局能投入更多資源與公會合作，共同推廣如「餅比登」等活動，把色香味俱全、包裝講究的高雄好餅推向全台甚至國際，讓糕餅成為城市最甜美的名片。</p>
