<p>丹娜絲風災今年7月重創台南，讓台南的養殖漁業災情嚴重，為提振地方經濟，並重新擦亮「虱目魚王國」的招牌，台南市政府農業局辦理「虱目以待 好味登場」活動，於今(17)日辦理宣傳記者會，由台南市長黃偉哲親自主持，盼藉本次活動邀台南市5家飯店業者協力，整合資源推出使用台南優質虱目魚作為主題食材的料理，提升台南虱目魚的品牌價值。</p>
<p>黃偉哲表示，英國Time Out雜誌票選台南為亞洲十大街頭美食城市的第六名，也是全台灣唯一入選。而虱目魚是具代表性的台南街頭美食，包括虱目魚皮、魚肚、魚鰭，還有魚腸，都是讓人垂涎三尺的好味道。虱目魚經過處理去魚刺，再由飯店主廚融入巧思，登上大雅之堂成為美饌，歡迎大家來台南品嚐最美味、在地的虱目魚料理。</p>
<p>農業局表示，依113年漁業統計年報，台南市虱目魚年產量2萬3,867公噸，佔全國第一 (約42%)。台南的虱目魚養殖面積約3,503公頃，養殖面積集中於七股區（約887公頃，產量2,628公噸）、安南區（約789公頃，產量7,916公噸）、北門(約742公頃，產量5,426公噸)、學甲區(約415公頃，產量3,756公噸)及將軍區(約144公頃，產量1,816公噸)。</p>
<p>農業局長李芳林表示，台南為全台虱目魚重鎮，從養殖、加工到餐飲通路形成完整、堅實的產業鏈，發展出獨特的虱目魚文化，也是享譽國際的招牌亮點。市府會持續保持豐沛的行銷量能，推廣台南虱目魚的豐腴美味，不僅要吸引人潮也要刺激買氣，進而帶動整體產業發展。</p>
<p>農業局補充，從11月16日至12月15日止，南市府與5家飯店(禧榕軒大飯店、台南維悅酒店、台南大員皇冠假日酒店、台南台糖長榮酒店、台南老爺行旅)合作推出以虱目魚為主題設計的菜品，包括府城虱目魚希臘沙拉、避風塘虱目魚柳、虱目魚鬆蛋糕、府城牛奶魚燒賣、鼓汁虱目魚豆腐堡等，歡迎市民朋友於活動期間至合作飯店消費，飽啖台南最在地也最新潮的虱目魚料理。</p>
