<p>擁有超過20年豐富閱歷的美享地牛排館主廚Fabien Vergé，生長於非洲西部的象牙海岸，熱愛料理的他遊歷里昂、巴黎及香港等美食匯聚的國際城市，曾任職巴黎米其林三星餐廳Le Meurice，奠定深厚的精湛廚藝，鍾情於台灣的Fabien在台深耕近15年，曾於2018年榮獲米其林一星殊榮。此次Fabien以法式料理思維為核心，運用細膩烹調手法與靈魂醬汁，賦予餐廳全新菜品更深層的風味表現，套餐每份1,880元+10%起。</p>

<p>從前菜「西班牙塞拉諾風乾火腿沙拉」揭開序幕，鹹香濃郁的風乾火腿搭配爽脆生菜與清新油醋，口感輕盈開胃；湯品「櫛瓜濃湯」質地滑順細緻，帶出自然蔬菜的溫潤清甜；開胃菜「香煎北海道干貝・白酒奶油醬・鮭魚卵」，將干貝煎至外層微酥、內裡柔嫩，佐以濃郁滑順的白酒奶油醬與鹹鮮飽滿的鮭魚卵，交織出層次豐富的海味饗宴。主餐提供多達13款精選選擇，包含油花分布均勻、入口柔嫩多汁的美國頂級肋眼，肉質扎實、香氣濃厚的美國頂級戰斧豬排，以及外殼微酥、肉質鮮甜彈牙的爐烤活龍蝦，透過精準火候將食材風味發揮至極致，餐後再以精緻甜點與飲品收尾，甜香與餘韻交織，為整體用餐體驗增添優雅句點。除了套餐，亦提供單點及Fine dining客製化菜單，讓賓客在同一個空間同時享有頂級牛排與法式料理的體驗。</p>

<p>此成立大會的榮譽顧問陣容堅強，內政部長劉世芳、立法委員林岱樺、台灣上市櫃公司協會創辦人施明豪、三發地產集團創辦人鍾俊榮董事長等各界領袖齊聚一堂，不僅代表著該協會人脈資源豐富之外，將成為該協會最強後盾，一起在世界各地為台灣這片土地做打拼。</p>

<p>創會長陳正修指出，在台灣擁有各產業各領域的不同社團，大多是做公益、良善的社團，但是往往參加會成為過客、捧場性質，很難留下什麼，因此共同發起人期望著ㄧ步一腳印，朝著永續、傳承下一代、下下代的概念，不疾不徐、不比較不求快，把根基基礎打好，彼此共同朝著唯一目標邁進，發願期許能夠成為台灣民間組織在世界扮演著重要的地位，也期盼著在各國分會能夠遍地開花，真正帶動學術交流、產業創新、觀光發展。</p>
