<p>「草莓是非常敏感且脆弱的感官介質。」主廚王健翰（Hank Wang）感性地分享研發初衷：「從採收當下的濕度、運送路程的恆溫，到切分果實的刀工細節，每一個微小變因都會改寫風味平衡的味蕾譜。」因此特別選用產地直送、具備最佳鮮度的優質草莓，以「減法哲學」的甜點設計核心，刻意摒棄非必要的糖分添加與裝飾性膠質，透過精準的比例調整，當草莓與西西里開心果慕斯、北海道十勝乳霜融合，即完美釋放從清脆酸甜到濃郁爽口的本真風味，完美捕捉草莓在最美瞬間的「時令」之美。</p>
