<p>Ukai-tei Kaohsiung 將當令旬味化為藝術，鐵板燒饗宴以盛放的蓮花揭開序章，主廚以「甜蝦水蓮晶凍」、「法式醋漬旬鮮魚」與「海鱺薄片 青柚子胡椒」交織清爽、酸香與辛香三重驚喜；「龍蝦晶凍 魚子醬」凝聚鮮甜與鹹香，晶瑩澄透間綻放海洋深邃氣息；「鹽蒸旬鮮魚」則以昆布與鹽封存鮮味，將魚肉熟成至細膩柔嫩，展現如海風般純淨的極簡之美。UKAI Kaiseki 懷石料理延續對季節更迭的詮釋，從「無花果花生豆腐」的清雅甘醇，到「玫瑰鴨 赤梅味噌」的炙香氣息再至「刺鯧釜炊御飯」的熟悉鹹香，每一道旬味皆記錄季節的脈動，傳遞日本職人精神與高雄風土的共鳴。Grill UKAI 則將西餐的優雅與創意融入時令食材：由沁涼濃郁的「南瓜冷湯」揭幕，接續緻清爽的「水蜜桃 莫札瑞拉 卡布里沙拉」、多元主餐選擇，以至香氣馥郁的「香料和牛咖喱」，每道料理皆在細節中體現極致用心，邀請賓客共赴味覺與感官的奢華饗宴。</p>

<p>即日起至 12 月 30 日，THE AMNIS 然一酒店推出「食藝探索 一泊二食專案」，邀請旅人以一夜之宿，品味米其林推薦 UKAI 的藝術饗宴。專案包含雙人早餐，並可選擇 UKAI鐵板燒午餐或懷石晚餐，讓餐桌上的療癒體驗成為旅途中難忘的驚艷回憶。在然一酒店，餐桌是一場四季的展演。旬味隨時節更迭，職人以火候與刀工將食材化為藝術。從鐵板前的即時匠心、懷石料理的時序美學，到西餐的優雅鋪陳，每一道佳餚都承載對風土的回應。</p>
