<p>漢來美食「美牛狂歡節」活動期間，漢來海港自助餐廳於午、晚餐針對不同部位的美國牛肉推出五款主題菜色，分別是：「炙燒梅醬菲瑞握壽司」、「爐烤肋眼牛排」、「義式番茄燴牛肉丸」、「台式清燉牛肉湯」及「XO醬牛肉鮮蔬炒飯」。經典的「爐烤肋眼牛排」Roast Beef，選用優質美國肋眼，以爐烤方式烹調，鎖住鮮美肉汁，搭配微焦外皮與牛排自然油香，肉質細嫩多汁。「義式番茄燴牛肉丸」使用新鮮牛絞肉製成多汁肉丸佐特製義式番茄醬，酸甜濃郁、口感飽滿。「炙燒梅醬菲瑞握壽司」選用口感緊實嫩度適中的菲瑞部位，以高溫噴槍炙燒，搭配Q梅醬點綴，將油脂香氣與醋飯完美融合，打造層次豐富的日式風味。而「台式清燉牛肉湯」以板腱牛肉為主角，相較於一般較重口味的作法，改以清燉方式，讓湯頭更顯甘甜清爽，引人食慾大開，最後則是「XO醬牛肉鮮蔬炒飯」，以XO醬搭配鮮蔬與肋眼牛肉以大火快炒保留牛肉的香嫩與蔬菜的鮮甜，香氣十足，讓人一口接一口。</p>

<p>而位於漢來大飯店11樓的PAVO餐酒館，則特別推出大份量「八盎司照燒漢堡排」，使用美國牛絞肉製成的漢堡排，先在高達300度的鐵板上將漢堡排兩面煎至焦黃，快速鎖住漢堡排的肉汁，再以直火碳烤增添獨特的碳烤香氣和風味，同時逼出多餘油脂，讓漢堡排外酥內嫩，接著鋪上柴魚片與浸泡醬汁的新鮮雞蛋，並淋上特製照燒醬汁，多汁美味的美妙滋味，讓人吃一口就愛上。</p>
