<p>國立高雄師範大學為配合聯合國永續發展的目標與近年國內食農教育的推動，同時滿足不同國籍、不同飲食文化師生的需求，特於今（6）日上午10點，假燕巢校區燕窩宿舍區為首座自煮學習空間舉辦揭牌儀式，由校長王政彥親自主持，邀請副校長唐硯漁及李昭蓉、學務長杜明德、總務長蔡俊賢、研發長謝建元、人事室主任張麗玲、校安執行長鄂見智及系所主管與學生代表等共襄盛舉。期許能提供燕巢校區師生，有更多的用餐方式選擇與共食機會。</p>

<p>高師大自煮學習空間在校長王政彥指導與支持下，由副校長李昭蓉率領學務長杜明德、生活輔導組組長何沛珊、專員單亦幹及李德彥等精心規劃，特別選擇燕巢校區光線明亮、視野寬闊的燕窩宿舍一樓空間，設計為一個現代無印風格的自煮空間。融入溫暖的色調，加上完善的設備，提供燕巢校區師生一個可以便利使用的休閒交誼空間。內部配置有電磁爐、烤箱、電鍋、微波爐等各式家電外，更設置大型中島及寬闊的空間，讓共同煮食的同學能樂於使用。</p>

<p>此外，擺設有小型的咖啡桌，讓師生享受陽光灑進室內，邊喝咖啡邊交流的環境。自煮空間中更設置了65吋的大電視以及多款舒適的個人式座椅，讓師生在放鬆收視節目之餘，感受到「家」的溫馨。同學可以更常走出寢室，利用此空間進行跨領域、跨文化互動，拉近不同系所同學間的距離。</p>

<p>高師大校長王政彥表示，高師大燕巢校區自煮空間設置過程中，經歷多次師生的腦力激盪與創意思考，空間的命名，由校長發想提出，經過同學票選之後勝出。意指在燕「窩」宿舍「聚」會，大家「窩」在一起，是「聚」會的好地方。同時，也音同「萵苣」是健康的蔬菜。不論是因應飲食習慣的多元、健康或宗教考量、降低外食疑慮、或單純想要享受下廚的樂趣等因素，高師大的「窩聚」儼然已成為燕巢師生交流與休憩的絕佳去處。</p>
