<p>高雄翰品酒店港都茶樓於9月中旬推出秋蟹料理，被譽為秋蟹之冠的紅蟳原價1,500元，現在只要680元即可享用兩隻，等於半價不到便能大啖蟹黃。料理提供兩種經典口味：新加坡辣紅蟳以酸甜帶辣的特製辣醬喚醒蟹肉鮮甜，搭配麵包，更令人食指大動。蟹黃芙蓉燴紅蟳，以嫩滑芙蓉蛋襯托蟹黃飽滿，以高湯燴製，口感綿密細膩，鮮美中透著高雅，適合喜愛清爽雅致的饕客。</p>

<p>另一款主角則是肉質厚實的沙公，原價2,200元優惠價僅1,180元即可享用一隻。口味同樣二選一：新加坡辣沙公酸甜帶辣，蟹肉吸附滿滿醬汁，入口鮮甜帶辣層次分明；金銀蒜蒸沙公以金蒜酥香與銀蒜清甜交織，蟹肉厚實甘甜，蒜香襯托鮮味，清爽卻回味無窮，最能展現蟹肉的鮮美本質。</p>
