<p>國民黨播遷來台後，來自大江南北的菜系，在台灣融合成為眷村菜，又因日常生活中加入了多元族群，眷村內也蘊含許多異國料理，這一季「眷村食聊」由吳恩文打頭陣，融合了大江南北口味的料理，衍生出屬於台灣口味的眷村菜色，參與者品嚐舌尖上的記憶，聊聊自己與眷村的連結，以家常美食一起聊聊生活故事。</p>

<p>吳恩文表示，蒜苗炒臘肉的蒜苗要斜切，臘肉本身就帶有鹹味，可以不放鹽或只放少許鹽，先下鍋炒出油後，再把蒜苗放入鍋拌臘肉，蒜香、肉香、油香交織撲鼻，是舊時眷村的回憶。他說，其實臘肉各地都有，只是做法不同，像湖南的做法是煙燻，烹調後各有不同風味。</p>

<p>吳恩文的「快樂廚房」並不是餐廳，一開始就是設定為一個推廣美食文化的複合式空間，也許出版社想拍食譜、也許食材廠商想推廣美食、也許廚具品牌也辦記者會等，希望讓每位來到這個空間裡的人都可以非常放鬆、非常容易享受美食、體驗烹飪料理的樂趣。</p>

<p>SOHO工房眷村生活體驗館座落於一間歷經80年頹廢的磚木混造建築眷村，由負責人兼高雄市在地創生協會理事長楊書豪，一步一腳修復日式老屋舍，鬧中取靜體驗村民生活，透過左鄰右舍的守望相助，為了傳承在地文化，他成立SOHO工房，藉由辦理活動、場域導覽與沉浸式體驗，開創在地多文化，讓民眾有機會親近眷村的日常生活。</p>

<p>SOHO工房眷村生活體驗館致力於創造地方活化，凝結村民共同願景，開創眷村文創伴手禮，傳承眷村文化，「眷村食聊」這次找來吳恩文化身主廚，不但來自大陸各地的菜色，也聊到自己與眷村的連結，以家常料理傳承獨特的眷村文化。</p>
