<p>皇饕牛排館鐵板燒主打濕式熟成牛排及頂級海鮮料理，2023年更獲得「美旗林金餐獎」專業肯定，是萬豪酒店內備受青睞的餐廳之一。餐廳內設有寬敞的開放式座位區與隱密性高的私人包廂，滿足不同型態的用餐需求。專為商務客打造的「海陸雙拼午間套餐」，以手作麵包搭配凱薩沙拉喚醒味蕾，湯品選用自製老母雞高湯熬煮的法式洋蔥湯，融入馬芝瑞拉、帕瑪森及艾曼達三種起司，展現醇厚滑順的細膩層次。</p>

<p>「海陸雙拼午間套餐」提供主餐六選一，包含「爐烤鮮活龍蝦半尾」，皇饕牛排館鐵板燒徐仕勳主廚表示：「我們選用的龍蝦是等級較高的野生澳洲水姑娘，肉質更加鮮美，乾煎後再蒸煮保留龍蝦原始的甘甜與彈性」。另有「香煎北海道干貝」，彈嫩的生食級干貝經炙烤後讓鮮甜海味盈滿口腔。兩款海鮮料理雙拼肉質軟嫩的「美國頂級肋眼」、油脂豐腴的「西班牙伊比利豬肋眼上蓋肉」或酥脆多汁的「香煎有機春雞(半隻)」，搭配烤蒜球、洋芋泥及季節時蔬佐餐，多重美味組合一次滿足肉食愛好者與海鮮饕客的味蕾。菜色將依季節時令調整，實際菜色依現場供應為主。訂位專線：(07) 559-6917</p>
