<p>「饗樂時刻套餐」以開胃小品「鎮江千層醬蘿蔔」揭開序幕，選用薄皮白蘿蔔，以鹽漬、壓榨、曬乾等多道工序處理，再以鎮江香醋、糖與芝麻油調和入味，酸甜清脆的口感帶出食欲。「絲瓜蝦玉帶滑蛋」則展現食材的鮮甜與柔和。池主廚嚴選澎湖絲瓜，快速過油保持爽脆水潤，搭配鮮蝦與干貝柱，佐以滑嫩蛋液，入口時層次豐富而不失清爽。「青龍豉椒黑豚肉」則以美濃特有的青龍辣椒搭配伊比利黑豚，豬肉經快炒後保持軟嫩，與青龍辣椒的辛香結合，辣度溫和不嗆，鹹香下飯。「金銀蛋雨菇娃菜」結合南台灣特有的雨來菇、娃娃菜與豬絞肉，再以鹹蛋與皮蛋細火炆煮，釋放蔬菜的清甜與蛋香。「青絲玉露龍虎斑」選用當季鮮活龍虎斑現點現煮，魚肉細緻滑嫩，與翠綠蔥絲交織出清鮮雅致的海味。池主廚強調，龍虎斑的料理關鍵在於火候，掌握得宜才能同時保留魚肉彈性與鮮甜。壓軸湯品「胡椒螺頭燉豬肚」，以螺頭與豬肚搭配多種食材長時間燉煮，湯頭乳白濃厚，膠質豐盈；現磨胡椒粒帶來辛香卻不嗆辣的尾韻，既暖胃又暖心。</p>
