<p>本季話題新品「澎湖馬糞海膽粥」，選用當季鮮採的澎湖馬糞海膽，空運直送，珍稀鮮度難以複製。主廚吳俊傑以其招牌金湯底——由金黃堅果醬與秘製高湯交融，再經與生米慢熬20分鐘——將海膽細緻的甘甜與粥底的濃郁相互交織，創造出前所未有的口感層次。全程現點現煮，須耐心等候，卻換來值得銘記的味覺體驗。吳俊傑說：「這不僅是一碗粥，而是一場專屬於粵式文化與台灣海味的精緻對話。」</p>
