<p>活動推出後反應熱烈，目前公益餐券僅剩不到500張，主辦單位也呼籲民眾把握機會，以實際行動響應公益，用「做公益、吃大餐」的方式，一起為社會注入更多溫暖與善意。</p>
<p>漢來美食表示，此公益合作計畫已邁入第六年，至今累計捐出超過4千張餐券，協助募集逾4萬份烘焙餐盒，送往全台偏鄉及非山非市小學，成為許多學童課後的重要陪伴。透過餐券認購，不僅讓消費者享有漢來海港人氣下午茶優惠，也能共同參與公益行動。</p>

<p>漢來美食行銷副總吳若寧表示，真正的改變來自長期且持續的陪伴，希望透過品牌影響力，號召更多民眾加入支持行列，讓這份愛與關懷持續深入偏鄉，同時陪伴喜憨兒穩定成長。</p>
<p>喜憨兒基金會指出，「送愛到部落」計畫自2009年推動至今，服務範圍已遍及全台18縣市、253個鄉鎮。每一份烘焙餐盒，都是庇護工場學員反覆練習後完成的成果，從製作、包裝到出貨，不僅培養工作技能，也讓偏鄉孩子透過日常互動，學習理解與尊重不同生命。</p>
<p>基金會也分享庇護工場學員阿榮的故事，從一開始無法掌握製作力道、經常遺漏步驟，到如今已能獨立完成部分烘焙流程，每一步進步都來自不斷練習與陪伴。他也期待有一天，能將親手製作的麵包送到偏鄉小朋友手中。</p>
<p>目前喜憨兒基金會於全台設有超過100處服務據點，包含烘焙坊、庇護餐廳與工場，依照學員不同能力安排適合工作內容，並由專業就業服務員陪伴學習，協助逐步建立技能與自信。</p>

<p>「島語」是漢來美食2023年第4季新開出的的高端吃到飽自助餐，台北南港店開幕至今不論平假日各餐期都滿呈現滿席，年營收高達5億元，為集團單店營收最高的「店王」。此次開出的高雄店規模更大，占地超過600坪、座位數372席，並斥資2億元打造，融入了日式「板前」的服務模式，規劃半包廂動線，巧妙區隔座位與取餐走道，營造私密不受干擾的用餐氛圍，餐廳打造9座主題「島檯」，包括炸物區、飲料區、日本料理區、烤物區、中式料理、海鮮區、西式燒烤區、煲湯鍋物、甜點冰品區，價位從1490到2090元不等，預計年營業額上看5億元以上。</p>

<p>看好高雄市場，曾獲亞太年度十大青年菁英名廚黃冠傑選擇在高雄推出全新中式宴席餐廳禎美樓，品牌以「禎愛相聚，美味永存」為精神，承襲華人圓桌文化，結合港都的海洋風土，為饕客打造專屬的宴飲新體驗。黃冠傑表示，禎美樓不僅是一家餐廳，更是一處能讓人慢下來，好好吃飯、真心相聚的所在。無論是家族聚餐、好友小聚，或重要節慶，希望讓美味餐點成為一段美好回憶。</p>

<p>隨著國人健康意識提升，月餅自用需求略有收斂，但隨著研發口味及製作的業者慢慢調整方向，導入更多水果、茶葉等較符合健康概念的原料，加上大型企業對客戶中秋送禮需求增加，企業送禮市場已呈現穩定回溫。漢來美食憑藉品牌力、通路深耕和產品創新三大策略布局，打造質感優雅的包裝設計與貼近市場口味的產品內容，深獲企業青睞。去年(2024年)企業客戶占整體銷售比重即超過八成，且年年在中秋節前一個月即全數售罄，展現品牌在節慶禮盒市場中的高度競爭力與成長動能。</p>

<p>今年的漢來情月中秋禮盒「典藏禮盒」與「風雅禮盒」，靈感來自時尚之都米蘭的布雷拉植物園，以歐式花卉「秘密花園」作為主要設計風格呈現，將象徵典雅與生命力的復古歐風花園，以低調奢華的立體雕刻藝術，結合花卉、植物、蝴蝶之間的自然之美，描繪繁花綻放與翩翩蝶影，共譜秋日幸福時光。</p>

<p>月餅口味上，漢來美食同樣秉持頂級與創新概念，推出4款全新口味，「蜜橘可可」以馥郁清香的義大利蜜漬柑橘搭配比利時黑巧克力，微酸果香交織濃郁可可韻味，香甜不腻，唇齒留香；而「草莓優格麻糬」則是選用新鮮草莓與醇厚優格完美交織，酸甜平衡，加入Q彈麻糬，口感清爽，甜而不腻；還有嚴選台灣在地上等檳榔心芋細工蒸搗，裹入鹹香紅土鴨蛋黃餡的「芋香金沙」鹹甜交融，口感綿密細膩；「黑糖藜麥堅果」遵循古法熬製的台灣黑糖，散發醇厚焦糖香氣，揉合藜麥與綜合堅果豆餡，口感層次分明。另外還有「白玉蓮蓉蛋黃」、「日式極品抹茶」、「芝麻核桃」…等共９款獨具風味的口味，滿足顧客不同味蕾的享受！</p>

<p>漢來美食「美牛狂歡節」活動期間，漢來海港自助餐廳於午、晚餐針對不同部位的美國牛肉推出五款主題菜色，分別是：「炙燒梅醬菲瑞握壽司」、「爐烤肋眼牛排」、「義式番茄燴牛肉丸」、「台式清燉牛肉湯」及「XO醬牛肉鮮蔬炒飯」。經典的「爐烤肋眼牛排」Roast Beef，選用優質美國肋眼，以爐烤方式烹調，鎖住鮮美肉汁，搭配微焦外皮與牛排自然油香，肉質細嫩多汁。「義式番茄燴牛肉丸」使用新鮮牛絞肉製成多汁肉丸佐特製義式番茄醬，酸甜濃郁、口感飽滿。「炙燒梅醬菲瑞握壽司」選用口感緊實嫩度適中的菲瑞部位，以高溫噴槍炙燒，搭配Q梅醬點綴，將油脂香氣與醋飯完美融合，打造層次豐富的日式風味。而「台式清燉牛肉湯」以板腱牛肉為主角，相較於一般較重口味的作法，改以清燉方式，讓湯頭更顯甘甜清爽，引人食慾大開，最後則是「XO醬牛肉鮮蔬炒飯」，以XO醬搭配鮮蔬與肋眼牛肉以大火快炒保留牛肉的香嫩與蔬菜的鮮甜，香氣十足，讓人一口接一口。</p>

<p>而位於漢來大飯店11樓的PAVO餐酒館，則特別推出大份量「八盎司照燒漢堡排」，使用美國牛絞肉製成的漢堡排，先在高達300度的鐵板上將漢堡排兩面煎至焦黃，快速鎖住漢堡排的肉汁，再以直火碳烤增添獨特的碳烤香氣和風味，同時逼出多餘油脂，讓漢堡排外酥內嫩，接著鋪上柴魚片與浸泡醬汁的新鮮雞蛋，並淋上特製照燒醬汁，多汁美味的美妙滋味，讓人吃一口就愛上。</p>
