<p data-start="239" data-end="345">傳統生技製程多仰賴化學萃取，常面臨溶劑殘留與成分受損等挑戰。協會創辦人李衡昌表示，分子刀技術採用物理性微切方式，將天然原料處理至超微米等級，過程中不經高溫與研磨，有助於減少熱敏性營養素的氧化與變質，保留原料活性。</p>

<p data-start="347" data-end="414">李衡昌指出，經處理後的原料具備較高生物活性與吸收效率，有助於提升人體利用率。不過相關機制與實際效果，仍需更多臨床與科學數據進一步驗證。</p>
<p data-start="416" data-end="500">該技術亦被視為可能影響食品與藥品應用界線的發展方向之一。協會表示，初步研究顯示其在神經修復與高齡健康領域具潛在應用價值，但實際醫療效果仍須經嚴謹法規與臨床試驗程序確認。</p>
