<p>東港黑鮪魚以豐腴油脂與鮮甜肉質享譽盛名，京樂日本料理以新鮮現切的大腹、中腹及赤身等部位設計多道可口美饌，讓味蕾徜徉於豐饒海洋之中。柔嫩多脂的腹肉以刺身或握壽司呈現，入口即化、油香四溢，突顯黑鮪魚濃郁旨味與綿密口感，不負「海中和牛」的美譽；黑鮪魚肚條以炭火慢烤逼出豐盈油脂，外酥內嫩、香氣誘人；唐揚黑鮪魚則以日式炸粉包裹炸至金黃，外脆內潤，搭配季節鮮蔬一同享用，清爽解膩。</p>
